Snatch: Skill or 3RM of the complex (hi-hang/hang/floor)
 
*If you are NEW to the movement, work on Hang Power Snatch
 
**If you have been snatching for a while but your ROM is not there, work on your ***SKILL*** (OHS, Snatch balance, Stability/hold at the bottom position, etc…) instead of 3RM. This is Squat Snatches!!
 
 
10min AMRAP w/Partner
10 Hang Power Snatch 95/65 / ME DU
10 Thruster / ME DU
 
While patner A does 10 Snatches, partner B does as many double under as possible (count only successful ones), then switch. Then patner A does 10 Thrusters, partner B does as many double under as possible, then switch. The score is total number of double under as a team!!
