Clean: Skill or 3RM of the complex (hi-hang/hang/floor)
*If you are NEW to the movement, work on Hang Power Clean
**If you have done this movement for a while but your ROM is not there, work on your ***SKILL*** (Fast turn of elbow, Front rack position, Front Squat, Use a box, Hold at bottom, etc.)

12 Deadlift 155/105
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Jerk
