Snatch Balance + OHS: If you are new to the movement, work only on OHS. Go heavy of this complex (1SB+1OHS) only if you can hold stable at bottom for 5 sec. Otherwise, work on ROM/Skill
8min AMRAP w/Partner
A: 10 Hang Squat Snatch 75/55
B: 10 Ring Dip
While partnerA complete 10 snatches, partnerB does 10 dips. Switch when both complete the each movement.
