10min AMRAP w/Partner
A: 10 Alt Pistol, 10 Ring Dip, 10 KBS 55/35
B: 1 Rope
While partner A complete 10 each of the three exercises, partner B will complete 1 rope climb. Switch when both complete the exercises.
