JerkDrive+Jerk: AHAP/Skill
If you are new to the movement, do push jerk and focus on “double dipping” of the hip. If you split, work on your footwork first (10x just feet, 10x PVC, 10x Bar).
Partner WOD
4 Round each
3 Hang Power Clean AHAP
2 FR Reverse Lunge (1 ea leg)
1 Shoulder to Overhead
50 DU
One person complete a round and switch. Alternate the round, 4 rounds each.
