Clean: Skill or 3RM of the complex (hi-hang/hang/floor)
*If you are NEW to the movement, work on Hang Power Clean
**If you have done this movement for a while but your ROM is not there, work on your ***SKILL*** (Fast turn of elbow, Front rack position, Front Squat, Use a box, Hold at bottom, etc.)
 
3x3min AMRAP w/Partner Alt Round (3 ea.)
500m Row
ME DB G2OH 2×35/25
Partner A start with 500m Row then G2OH as many reps as possible until 3min ran out. At min 3:00-6:00 partner B goes. Alternate every 3 min until both complete 3 rounds ea (18min). The score is total G2OH number as team.
