20-Calorie Row

17 G2OH 115/75

8 Burpees w/ 6-inch target over head

1 bar muscle up

9 pull-ups

80 double unders

Rest 2 min between each AMRAP. Begin the next AMRAP where you finished the last.

Your score will be the total of your calories and reps.
